About Zach’s Zombie Sauce Hot Sauces and Marinades

We’re just a couple of guys who love to cook, eat and watch zombie films. We’ve always had a soft spot for Dawn of the Dead and spicy concoctions, but the watery, one-dimensional hot sauces that deliver mouth-melting heat with no flavor left us wanting more.. flavor, that is. We knew we could create something better, so we started blending exotic peppers and spices from India, Japan, Thailand, Mexico, Europe and South America, to create a sauce that had both heat.. and delicious flavor.

The result? Zach’s Zombie Sauce™. Its thick, smooth, seductive blend of peppery warmth and fine spices delivers heat, flavor and something special – the Zombie Buzz. That’s right. Zach’s Zombie Sauce gets you buzzed. A natural compound of the peppers we use in our hot sauces and other products leaves you feeling relaxed and happy, while, at the same time, burning unwanted body fat.

We unleashed Zach’s Zombie Sauce at the 2011 Orlando, Florida Chili Cook Off and quickly discovered that, eaten alone or mixed with chili, the public couldn’t resist our hot sauce. In less than 3 hours, more than 2,000 people slurped, licked, drank, and just plain devoured all the Zombie Sauce we brought with us. Over and over, people told us that our Zombie Sauce felt hot and tasted great!

That’s all we needed to hear. The Zombie went on tour, tantalizing the mouths of party-goers from Miami to Manalapan, winning-over cooks from Orlando to Andrews, North Carolina, and enhancing the taste of sushi, tacos, chili, steaks, shrimp, fish, ribs, soup, wings, and most any food served anywhere.

Now the Zombie and its irresistible partners –  Zach’s Marinade, Zach’s Genuine Caribbean Sauce, Zach’s Sweet Pepper Chutney, and Zach’s spicy hot Salsa - have hit the internet. Available for sale on this website, all of our hot sauces and marinades are vegan, made with fresh ingredients, and contain no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial flavors, artificial colors or chemical preservatives.

Best of all, we’ve taken an old-school American approach to selling our hot sauces, condiments and marinades. You buy from us and you get a damn good product at a fair price. No hidden agenda. No B.S. Just the best hot sauces and marinades. Pure and simple.
