1 – 2 lb. Flank Steak or London Broil
1 bottle Zach’s Zombie Marinade
Marinate your Steak or London Broil overnight in Zach’s Zombie Marinade
Grill the meat on high heat for 2 minutes on each side (this sears the flank steak or london broil and locks the tenderness inside)
Lower the heat to medium
Grill for an additional 10-15 minutes on each side
Remove your meat from grill and place on a plate or platter
Let the meat sit for 5 minutes
Slice your grilled Flank Steak (or London Broil) Zombie Marinade style, and serve
