1 small can of pineapple chunks (drain the juice from the can)
A pinch of dry chili flakes, or ¼ teaspoon fresh chili, diced finely
½ handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lime juice
¼ teaspoon Zach’s Zombie Marinade
Place the pineapple chunks in a blender with the coriander, dried or fresh chilli, marinade, and lime juice. Blend briefly so the salsa has a chunky texture.
