Here’s another recipe for a scrumptious chicken salad, but this one is made with a sweet pepper relish, which is what Zach’s Sweet Pepper Chutney is, instead of pickle relish. This recipe can be made with either one of our Chutneys: Spicy Kick, if you prefer a little tangy pep to your chicken salad, or with No Heat if you prefer a delicious, but more traditionally flavored chicken salad.
Zach’s Zombie Sauces-Marinades wins two ribbons in this year’s Fiery Food Challenge, ZestFest 2012. The Fiery Food Challenge is the longest running, most prestigious competition of zesty products in the industry.
“Chutney” is a fancy word for “relish”. So why didn’t we just say this perfect blend of sweet peppers, brown sugar, salt, and light white vinegar that’s great for scooping with salsa chips, slathering onto hot dogs, sausage, burgers and other stuff is relish? I don’t know. Who cares? Just order it with a spicy kick or no heat.
